The person-centred approach is based on the non-directive theory and philosophy of Carl Rogers and focuses on the relationships between people in the context of trust in the person’s potential and ability to grow and be all that they can be.
The Person-centred approach offers a way forward for institutions and teachers feeling themselves disillusioned by exam, testing and ‘delivery’ regimes in education and training that are (widely) felt to not be working in the interests of either people or society.
Our vision is to embody the person-centred approach to education, to business and to life. Being Person-Centred also means that our business philosophy is transparent, and that the technology angle is always softened by a concern to see the world from the point of view of others – a total customer focus.
